The hotel is part of River Cree Resort & Casino, on Enoch Cree Nation just west of Edmonton. The venue lists 249 guest rooms, including 11 luxury suites.

Marriott originally ran the hotel. Older listings may still use the name Edmonton Marriott at River Cree Resort. Enoch Cree Nation bought out Marriott Hotels in 2018. For the current hotel brand, check with the hotel directly.

Hotel rooms are non-smoking. The hotel has a pool and a fitness facility, and there are twin NHL-size rinks on the property.

Parking for hotel guests

Parking at the resort is free. Complimentary self parking is available, plus valet parking through the casino entrance.

Why a room can make the evening simpler

The drive back is the part of the night most people forget to plan. A room removes it. That is useful after a late concert or a long dinner.

Table games run from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m., and the floor of the casino stays open 24 hours. With a room close by, a late night can start to feel open-ended. Set your time and money limits before you check in, not at the table.

Arriving from the airport or without a car

Flying in means a road transfer from Edmonton International Airport. Before you fly in, check with the hotel about an airport shuttle.
